Caring for your blinds

Total Look Blinds has a three year Guarantee on all our blind products. However the customer needs to know how to use and clean the blinds to ensure the guarantee stands. The guarantee does not cover damage or defects caused by damage, accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, wear and tear or failure to follow our instructions with respect to operation, cleaning and maintenance of the blinds.

All customers are supplied with a Total Look Blinds Care Maintenance and Guarantee pamphlet at installation. If you would like another please contact the office.

For cleaning and repairs we recommend you visit the yellow pages section “Blind Cleaning & Repairs” and find a company that services your area. These companies repair and clean all makes of blinds.
